Playstore and Associated issues
« on: February 05, 2017, 11:31:14 PM »
Google Play store is where you will find apps to install on your box, most free, some you pay for. Your box has a Gmail account from us when you receive the box, so installed apps can update when required.

You can install your own email account onto your box, we suggest you keep the existing account too. If your playstore password is requested when you log in or is says it it wrong here's what to do.

Click try again and enter the password in your instructions or email if you're not sure.

Once entered click next & confirm should all be good.

If you have a white screen when you click on Playstore & nothing else, do the following.

Turn the box off & then on again. Go down the list of installed applications from the menu  dots on the top right of the home screen. Find playstore fixer. Click on direct fix & wait until a pop up request occurs.

Repeat the turn of & on process & try playstore again, that should fix it.

If not request remote support

If you are having issues getting into Playstore still, go to settings find accounts & delete the email account on the box. You can then either re-enter the same e-mail or use your own
