Title: VPN ISSUES

If your VPN isn't connecting, here's what to check.

Click on the VPN icon & choose connect. If the yellow line just sits there & says connecting, click on the disconnect button.

Look in the password box underneath username. If the password box is blank you need to enter the password (which you will find in your instructions)

If the password box has dots in it, delete & re-enter the password to make sure it's right.

Also check you have a connection to the net coming into the box. If the time & date are wrong, there's no internet, reboot your router.

If that hasn't fixed it your subscription to our VPN servers may have expired, please email us.
